What is registration?

Registration enables you to use the service. When you register, you will be able to service certain aspects of your mortgage account online. You will be able to sign in as soon as you have registered.

Why do I have to register?

To ensure your mortgage account details are secure we need you to register so we can confirm your identity. This ensures that only you, the account holder, can access your mortgage account information.

How long will it take to register?

It shouldn't take any longer than five minutes to register.

What if I have more than one account?

Once registered you can then add any other accounts you hold with us using the 'Add Account' facility. You can transfer your previously registered account into one online user account. Sign in with the username you would like to transfer to and then follow the Add Account journey. Once transferred, you will no longer be able to use your original username to access the transferred account.
